Qualifications

• A STEM or Economics degree or equivalent.
• Experience working in the payments industry.
• Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement.
• A clear results orientation with an intense focus on achieving short and long-term goals in an uncertain and fluid environment.
• Working knowledge of statistical model building, SQL querying, market research, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Growth Plans: Lead identification, assessment, and execution of growth opportunities across assigned markets.
• Enable High-Performance Sales: Establish territory designs, sales plans, and analytical feedback loops to optimize field performance.
• Define Sales Goals & Targets: Set annual and quarterly sales goals for markets, with measurement frameworks.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Operations, and leadership to align growth priorities.
• Inform Infrastructure & Tools: Advise on building data systems, workflows, and sales tools.
