Job summary

Capital One in London is seeking a Manager, Business Analysis to drive deal economics and analytics for Global Deals within Global Payment Networks. You will partner with Pricing, Corporate Development, Sales to shape strategies and negotiate value across our network relationships.

Ideal candidates bring a quantitative mindset, 1+ year in analysis, and a track record of turning data into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, math, economics, finance).
• At least 1 year of experience in analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Build strategies to support leadership priorities and platform development.
• Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Partnership: Collaborate with Pricing, Corporate Development, Sales to improve profitability.
• Strategic & analytic orientation: Strong decision-making based on analytics and quantitative thinking.
• Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: Tenacious yet responsible decision maker.
• Strong communication skills: Clear written and oral communication with influence.
• Clear results orientation: Drive agendas in uncertain, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; consulting a plus.
