Capital One Europe in London is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analysis to lead a team of analysts and shape global acceptance strategies. You will translate complex business questions into structured recommendations and present executive-level narratives to senior leadership.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in-office (Tue-Thu) and two remote days, based in our London office. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and drive both long-term and short-term

Qualifications

• Proven track record solving complex problems with strong quantitative rigour, ideally in payments networks.
• Forward-thinking decision-maker with integrity, commercial acumen.
• Experience in people management, coaching and mentoring.
• Strong executive communication skills and cross-functional project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts, structuring their workstreams in a collaborative and high performing environment.
• Shape and drive long-term and short-term global acceptance strategies, and drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate major deal opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive competitive research and market analyses, benchmarking network performance to surface actionable business insights.
• Translate complex business questions into structured recommendations, and deliver executive-level narratives to senior leadership.
