Marsh Enhanced Solutions seeks a Risk Partner to champion risk-led approaches for colleagues, clients and prospects. You will integrate with Core Service teams, drive risk-based client strategies and coordinate programmes to reduce total cost of risk for select clients.

You will demonstrate Marsh ES capabilities to prospects, participate in risk-led initiatives, and build strong internal and external partnerships across Marsh.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to tease out client needs and present solutions.
• Strong organisational ability to manage proposition catalogues.
• Clear written and spoken reasoning to distill complex info.
• Solid understanding of Marsh RFP processes and project management coordination.
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders and clients.
• Proven capability to build internal and external relationships.

Responsabilités

• Bring Marsh ES capabilities to C&C clients and act as risk-thinking partner.
• Collaborate with Core Service teams to drive risk-led client relationships.
• Coordinate risk management projects to lower total cost of risk for trophies.
• Support defence-focused RFPs and retain clients during negotiations.
• Engage with Industry Practice Groups to highlight risk solutions.
