Marsh Commercial is seeking a Risk Partner to champion a risk-led approach across clients and colleagues. You will integrate with Core Service teams, embed on key client projects, and help articulate Marsh Enhanced Solutions capabilities to prospects.

The role emphasises collaboration with risk consulting partners and marshes broader capabilities to reduce total cost of risk. You will build relationships with internal teams and clients, ensuring regulatory alignment and the delivery of risk

Qualificações

• High-level communication skills with the ability to tease out client needs.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage the proposition catalogue.
• Excellent written and verbal reasoning to distill complex inputs into clear propositions.
• Understanding of Marsh RFP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Credible communicator to convey value to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a visible point of contact for risk assessment and control within Core Service teams.
• Embed as Risk Partner on select client teams to drive a risk-led approach and cost of risk reduction.
• Support retention during defensive RFPs and interact with Industry Practice Groups on regulatory issues.
• Demonstrate Marsh ES capabilities to prospects and participate in risk-led initiatives.
• Engage with Risk Consulting and Marsh partners to share capabilities and develop client propositions.
