Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Risk Partner to drive risk-led solutions for Core Service teams and clients. You will champion risk assessment and control across engagements, coordinating projects with colleagues to reduce total cost of risk and win new opportunities.

You will collaborate with Marsh practice groups, play a key role in defending client relationships during RFPs, and serve as a credible ambassador for Marsh ES capabilities with prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management and client engagement.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and control processes.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible point of contact for risk assessment and control within Core Service teams.
• Move client relationships to a risk-led approach where possible.
• Coordinate risk management projects to reduce total cost of risk for key clients.
• Support retention of clients during defensive RFPs and in prospect meetings.
• Build relationships with Marsh practice groups to highlight ES capabilities.
