Job summary

S&W is seeking a Reward Business Partner to join the London HR and Rewards team. This role will partner with the Reward Director and Finance to tailor reward solutions aligned to business needs and market practice.

In this role you will lead strategic reward planning, oversee compensation management, and support incentive schemes while advising leaders on job evaluation and pay structures. You will build credibility through data-driven insights and stakeholder partnership.
