Aegon UK Corporate Services Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Reward Analyst to join the People Reward team to support salary benchmarking, job evaluation, annual pay and bonus reviews, employee benefits, share schemes and remuneration reporting.

Working closely with the Reward Manager and wider People team, you will analyse complex data, provide robust insights, and help develop reward solutions aligned with business objectives. A strong Excel/analytics background is essential in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and experience handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience producing reporting, insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support the delivery of annual reward activities: salary reviews, bonus processes, share awards and benefits administration.
• Produce insights, MI and modelling to support reward and business decisions.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis and provide recommendations.
