Job summary

Aegon is seeking a skilled Reward Analyst to join its Edinburgh team. This permanent, hybrid role supports salary benchmarking, job evaluation, annual pay and bonus reviews, and employee benefits administration.

You will collaborate with the Reward Manager and the wider People team to deliver robust insights and compliant reporting. You will analyse market data, prepare management information, and influence pay decisions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience producing meaningful reporting, insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of annual reward activities, including salary reviews, bonus processes, share awards and benefits administration.
• Produce insightful analysis, management information and modelling to support reward and business decision-making.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis, making recommendations based on external and internal data.
• Complete job evaluations and support organisational design activities.
• Compile and submit remuneration data for salary surveys, regulatory reporting, Gender Pay Gap reporting and other statutory reporting requirements.
