Anderson Knight Limited is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Reward Analyst on a fixed-term basis. You will support strategic reward initiatives and manage day-to-day reward activities within a collaborative People team.

The role involves salary benchmarking, annual pay reviews and developing reward frameworks, while providing analytical insights to stakeholders and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.

Formación

• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or analytical HR roles.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential.
• Able to interpret and present reward data to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of salary benchmarking and compensation practices.
• Understanding of UK reward legislation is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of key reward initiatives, including pay transparency and framework development.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to keep reward programmes competitive.
• Assist with annual salary reviews and compensation planning processes.
• Analyse reward data and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain job frameworks, grading structures and evaluation methodologies.
