Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Reward Adviser to join its Group Reward team in Bath. You will support job evaluation, market benchmarking, annual pay and bonus processes, reporting and governance across multiple businesses within the group.

This role offers exposure to diverse Reward activities, helping you build specialist skills while working with experienced professionals in HR. A strong eye for detail and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR analytics or reward is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Contribute to salary benchmarking and external survey activity.
• Coordinate job evaluation processes and governance records.
• Support annual pay review and bonus programmes.
