Westcoast Limited in Theale is seeking a Retail Account Manager to work with the Account Director and the broader retail team to deliver a high-level service to major retail accounts. You will manage key mobile brands and coordinate with Westcoast product managers to grow revenue and ensure product availability.
Based at Theale, Reading, the role involves attending customer and vendor meetings, analysing stock and forecasts, developing reporting tools, and building strong retailer relationships

As Retail Account Manager, you will work closely with the Account Director and the wider retail team in delivering a high-level service to our major retail accounts.
You will be responsible for managing the many key mobile brands across Westcoast profile into some our of largest retail customers; to assist in growing revenue & profit and managing product availability through forecast analysis Attending both customer and vendor meetings; analysing stock and sales information as well as retailer forecasts, presenting performance data, making order recommendations to both external customers and Westcoast product managers whilst strengthening Westcoast’s relationship with our key retail partners and growing the portfolio of brands that we supply.
The ideal candidate will have experience working collaboratively with major retailers such as; The Very Group, AO Group & similar dropship focused account sets.
The role is based in Westcoast Theale, (Reading) office with an expectation that you would attend off‑site customer / vendor visits when required.
