This role is ideal for someone with 2 years+ staffing, resource management, workforce planning, or talent deployment experience who enjoys building relationships and influencing business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ staffing, resource management, workforce planning or talent deployment experience.
• Experience in a mid-sized to global consultancy or professional services firm is desirable.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day staffing and deployment of consultants across client engagements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand development needs and project requirements.
• Provide staffing recommendations balancing business priorities with employee development.
• Monitor resource capacity, utilisation and project demand.
• Support performance and professional development processes including promotions, reviews, onboarding, and talent planning.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for consultants and business stakeholders.
