Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day staffing and deployment of consultants across client engagements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand development needs and project requirements.
• Provide staffing recommendations balancing business priorities with employee development.
• Monitor resource capacity, utilisation and project demand.
• Support performance and professional development processes including promotions, reviews, onboarding, and talent planning.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for consultants and business stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

About you

• 2 years minimum experience in staffing, resource management, workforce planning, talent deployment, recruitment operations, or a similar people-focused role.
• Experience within a mid-sized to global consultancy, professional services firm, or other fast-paced commercial environment is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance people and business needs.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.
