Job summary

Methods, based at our London headquarters in Farringdon, seeks a Resource Manager to optimize consultant utilization and align staffing with project needs. You will track opportunities, anticipate availability and collaborate with Sales, Bid Teams and Recruitment to meet evolving resource demands.

You will help monitor recruitment activity, understand consultants’ skills and career plans, and ensure efficient resourcing and cost alignment across projects.

• Support Consultant Utilization: ensure consultants are utilized effectively, minimizing downtime.
• Resource Projects Efficiently: allocate resources to projects within budget constraints.
• Know Our Consultants: understand skills, career plans and preferences.
• Support the Presentation of Consultant Skills: maintain presentation of skills internally and externally.
• Support Recruitment Planning: monitor recruitment activity to maintain talent flow.
• Monitor Project Opportunities: stay informed about upcoming project opportunities.
• Analyze Project Closures: analyze completions to anticipate availability.
• Create an efficient communication channel across the team: align availability with opportunities.
• Work Closely with Sales, Bid Teams, Competence Centre Managers and Recruitment Teams: collaborate to understand project demands.
