Qualifications

• Experience in resource management and workforce planning.
• Experience coordinating freelancers and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in a digital or technical agency.
• Familiarity with Synergist or AI planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate resource plan across projects.
• Spot capacity gaps and scheduling conflicts.
• Lead focused resource meetings; communicate decisions.
• Coordinate external support with freelancers and partners.
• Produce reporting on capacity, demand and risks.
• Champion planning processes and improve workflows.
