Job summary

Great State is seeking a Production Manager in Bristol to empower delivery teams and optimise resource allocation across projects. You will ensure teams are well resourced, governed, and aligned with client goals to deliver high-quality outputs.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements, BI, and reporting across the agency. Flexible hours and home-working options are available.

Qualifications

• Have at least five years in a similar role; digital agency experience preferred.
• Be a self-starter, able to take ownership of the various aspects of the role.
• Be proactive and show initiative.
• Have excellent communication and relationship building skills.

• Have strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Coach multi-disciplinary delivery teams to deliver projects and products and identify ways to improve project delivery.
• Develop relationships with clients and work with London and Bristol teams.
• Lead planning with the client’s Product/Project Owner to define roadmaps and requirements.
• Create and develop commercial project scopes, estimates and timelines.
• Manage project commercials and financials with governance and reporting.
• Identify wider commercial opportunities and additional scope with the client.
• Agree tools for managing project delivery, team, and communications.
• Facilitate team ceremonies like stand-ups, planning, demos and retrospectives.
• Ensure capability and capacity are available for the team.
• Understand technical approach, constraints, dependencies and risks.
• Manage third-party relationships and dependencies.
• Ensure product deliveries meet ISO compliance and quality standards.
• Share skills and knowledge to drive best practices and innovation.
