Job summary

Computacenter UK is seeking a Resource Management Business Partner to transform governance of the GPS Resource Management function. You will partner with the UK business to capture demand and deliver resourcing solutions that source the right skills, from the right delivery channel, at the right time.

You will lead, coach and develop a team while aligning with sales, service management and external partners to optimise utilisation and deliver high-quality commercial outcomes for GPS.

Qualifications

• Background in IT resource management.
• Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
• Critical thinker with ability to solve problems quickly.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
• Able to read situations and build quality relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and triage resource requests at pace; route demand through delivery models.
• Utilise onshore, offshore, nearshore, contractors and external partners to meet customer needs and deliver outcomes.
• Own and manage supply vs. demand forecasting to optimise utilisation and minimise non-productive time.
• Support design, development, and governance of resource management processes for a responsive service.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports; drive continuous improvement in GPS RM.
