Job summary

Computacenter UK is seeking a Resourcing Business Partner to join our Group Professional Services, driving governance of the RM function and partnering with the UK business to source the right skills through optimal delivery channels.

You will own demand forecasting, collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, and shape resourcing plans to meet customer requirements and drive commercial outcomes for GPS.

Qualifications

• Background in IT resource management and ideally IT technical recruitment.
• Strong relationship management skills and experience of engaging and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
• Critical thinker with the ability to problem solve at pace and find innovative ways to overcome complex business challenges.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
• Able to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality relationships.
• Ability to work in an adaptable and flexible environment with ambiguity.
• Comfortable using data to drive insights and actions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and triage resource requests to route demand through the most effective delivery model.
• Own supply vs. demand forecasting to optimise utilisation.
• Support the design, development, and governance of resource management processes for an agile resourcing service.
• Build strong relationships with Sales and Service Management teams to deliver resourcing solutions.
• Collaborate with GPS Practices teams to understand skills and capabilities within GPS.
• Lead and develop a direct report(s) and contribute to continuous improvement.
