Hyperfast, part of the Fibrus group, is seeking a Business Reporting Project Analyst to oversee reporting across Hyperfast operations. You will drive KPI visibility, analyze trends, manage stakeholders, and present strategic updates to enable operational success.

Key responsibilities include developing dashboards, forecasting deployments, and supporting business improvements to enhance customer experience. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and data analysis are essential for executive-level reporting.

Qualificações

• Proven background in project analyst or project manager role.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Visio (or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of FTTP network and key build activities.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and dashboards using various software.
• Ability to manage and analyse large datasets, interpreting data for stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Proven ability to interpret instructions and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Flexible approach with the ability to seek support when needed.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track progress against targets and budgets.
• Build deployment forecasts across targets and budgets with clear visibility.
• Support business improvement initiatives to optimize customer experience.
• Manage priorities across multiple workstreams and projects for senior management insights.
• Support resource forecasting by managing internal and external needs.
• Handle ad-hoc requests to support Hyperfast business unit.
• Establish strong relationships with Hyperfast, Group, Fibrus ISP and Build Co teams.
• Collaborate with Finance/Procurement to ensure budgets and supply chain readiness.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in collaboration with IT Security and maintain data safeguards.
