Job summary

Howett Thorpe is seeking an experienced MI Data Reporting Analyst to join the Finance team in Farnborough. You will own management information reporting, drive Power BI capabilities and ensure data quality to support strategic decisions.

The role reports to the Head of FP&A and offers hybrid working, a discretionary bonus scheme and a pension plan. You will work with CRM/finance systems and deliver insights across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MI, data reporting, BI or analytics roles.
• Strong data interpretation and storytelling with data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own management information reporting for the organisation.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, datasets and reports.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams on reporting and system improvements.
• Ensure data quality, governance and reconciliation across sources.
• Automate reporting processes where possible and reduce manual steps.
