Job summary

KBR is seeking a Reporting Lead for the Project Performance Office in the UK. You will develop an integrated reporting framework, lead dashboards and executive summaries, and partner with Programme Controls, Digital and senior leaders to enable evidence-based decision making.

You will drive automation, ensure data quality and governance, and coach project teams on reporting best practice, while delivering timely insights across projects and portfolios in a regulated nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading project, programme or portfolio reporting in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of project, programme and portfolio management principles.
• Experience interpreting controls data to generate management insight.
• Experience developing reporting frameworks, governance and performance standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into IWIs.
• Experience with reporting and BI tools, especially Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated reporting framework across project, programme and portfolio levels.
• Establish and govern reporting standards to ensure consistency and quality of information.
• Analyse performance trends and deliver actionable insights for governance.
• Support teams to implement robust reporting arrangements within PDD governance.
• Lead dashboards, reports and executive summaries for various governance forums.
• Collaborate with Digital to define reporting system requirements (Power BI and related tools).
• Maximise automation, reduce manual work, and improve data quality and accessibility.
• Engage senior leaders to refine outputs to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and benchmarking.
