Job summary

KBR in United Kingdom is seeking a Reporting Lead for the Project Performance Office to develop integrated reporting across projects, programmes and the portfolio, enabling informed decision-making.

You will establish standards, work with Programme Controls, Digital and senior leaders, deliver dashboards and executive summaries, and drive data governance and continuous improvement. Experience with Power BI and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading project, programme or portfolio reporting.
• Strong understanding of project, programme and portfolio management principles.
• Experience interpreting controls data (schedule, cost, risk, performance) to generate insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with reporting and BI tools, especially Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated reporting framework across project, programme and portfolio.
• Establish governance, standards and methodologies for consistent information.
• Analyse performance trends, identify issues, and deliver actionable insights.
• Support teams to develop robust reporting arrangements and governance escalations.
• Lead the development of dashboards, reports and executive summaries for governance forums.
• Collaborate with Digital to define reporting requirements and enable Power BI capability.
• Maximise automation, improve data quality and accessibility in reporting solutions.
• Engage with senior leaders to refine outputs for decision-making.
• Challenge existing reporting practices to remove duplication and reduce burden.
• Provide coaching on reporting best practice and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and benchmarking.
