Job summary

Omexom UK is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to deliver a full range of HR services across the regional unit, reporting to the HR Manager. You will drive recruitment, performance management, employee relations and development initiatives while partnering with senior managers to implement cross-functional HR solutions.

You will coach managers on people issues, support organisational change, and ensure HR processes align with company governance and legal requirements across the UK and ROI.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification to Level 7 with strong delivery track record.
• Knowledge of UK/ROI employment law and commercial awareness.
• Articulate and credible with strong influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and develop practical HR solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Up-to-date knowledge of NI/GB/RoI employment legislation and developments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of HR services including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development.
• Drive succession management, management development and organisational change.
• Coach managers on people issues and employment contracts, ensuring HR processes are effective.
• Partner with line management and stakeholders across the business to implement HR solutions.
• Support governance by providing advice on employment law and HR policy interpretation.
