You will partner with senior leaders, provide commercially focused HR support, and drive organisational development with hands-on leadership.

This on-site role requires strong ER experience, change and workforce planning, and the ability to influence across all levels while developing HR Co-ordinators and ensuring compliant,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role.
• Strong employee relations experience with casework ownership.
• Experience supporting organisational development and workforce planning.
• Commercial mindset with ability to influence across the organisation.
• Proactive and confidential approach with strong judgement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert HR advice across employee relations, performance, change, and planning.
• Lead complex employee relations cases with fairness and legal compliance.
• Support organisational development, succession planning, and leadership capability.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives to enable performance.
• Line manage and develop HR Advisors/Co-ordinators for effective delivery.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities to grow capability.
• Use HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
