PSD Group is recruiting an Estates Manager to lead and develop its UK property portfolio for a major out-of-town retail operation. The role offers exposure to a broad range of responsibilities and the chance to influence how the estate evolves to meet business needs.

Reporting to the Group Property Manager, you will manage rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals and external advisers while shaping ongoing portfolio strategy and capital projects across multiple sites.

Formación

• Experience in general practice surveying or client-side property management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property and landlord/tenant matters.
• Experience managing property transactions and external advisers.
• Commercially minded with negotiation and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord/tenant negotiations.
• Overseeing acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and related property transactions.
• Supporting development and optimisation of the property portfolio.
• Managing external agents, surveyors, solicitors and professional advisers.
• Providing commercial property advice to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating refurbishment, capital projects and improvements.
• Supporting wider property strategy, estate restructuring and business transformation initiatives.

I'm working with a leading, well-established out-of-town retail business looking to appoint an Estates Manager to play an important role in managing and developing its UK property portfolio.

This is a varied and commercially focused opportunity, offering exposure to a broad range of property responsibilities and the chance to influence how an established national estate evolves to meet the changing needs of the business.

Working closely with the Group Property Manager and wider business, responsibilities will include:

• Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord and tenant negotiations.
• Overseeing acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and wider property transactions.
• Supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of the property portfolio.
• Managing external agents, surveyors, solicitors and professional advisers.
• Providing commercial property advice to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating refurbishment, improvement and capital projects.
• Supporting wider property strategy, estate restructuring and business transformation initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a general practice surveying or client-side property management role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property and landlord and tenant matters.
• Experience managing property transactions and external professional advisers.
• Commercially minded, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• MRICS qualified, or working towards qualification, ideally.
