FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior Regional Compensation Partner to lead compensation across the UK, Denmark, and wider regions. You will benchmark roles, set salary ranges, and ensure equity and compliance while partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

You will drive annual pay cycles, analyze market data, and maintain data integrity in HRIS and payroll systems in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading regional compensation programs across multiple regions.
• Ability to benchmark roles, develop salary ranges, and drive pay equity.
• Strong knowledge of compensation laws/regulations in UK, Denmark and Europe.

• Benchmark roles with HRBPs and TA to set competitive salary ranges.
• Collaborate with Finance on headcount modeling and budget forecasts.
• Lead annual pay cycles (merit, promotions, incentives) with on-time delivery.
• Conduct market analytics and internal pay equity analyses; track remediation.
