Condé Nast is seeking a Compensation Manager based in London to lead UK and European compensation initiatives. You will build salary structures for recruitment and promotions, benchmark roles, and ensure compliance with EU pay transparency laws.

You will partner with People Partners, TA, and global teams on incentive plans, equity analyses, and pay programs. A strong background in HR data, Workday, and reporting is essential for success.

Formación

• Strong, proven experience in compensation and/or human resources.
• Professionalism and maturity with confidential data.
• Advanced skills in MS Office or Google Suite.
• Experience in Workday and incentive plans.
• Ability to produce detailed reports and insights.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain salary structures for UK & Europe markets for recruitment and promotion.
• Partner with People Partners and TA on offers and benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Own UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and pay equity studies.
• Collaborate with global compensation team on job architecture and salary structure.
• Execute core processes (merit, promotions, benchmarking, pay equity).
• Assist business with ad-hoc compensation requests in partnership with People teams.
• Approve Workday compensation transactions as appropriate.
