You will build and mentor a high-caliber recruitment group, forecast P&L, and align with our growth strategy as we expand internationally, while maintaining an honest, client-focused approach and a long-term view for the business.

Qualifications

• Solid recruitment experience with mentoring or leading recruiters.
• Experience forecasting P&L and coaching teams.
