Job summary

Cubiq Recruitment is seeking a dynamic leader to head the EU/UK robotics recruitment division in Manchester. You will report to the CEO and drive growth across Europe, with emphasis on DACH and UK markets, shaping strategy, and expanding the client base.

You will manage a lean team of talented consultants, develop leaders, and maintain your own live desk. Expect high-impact deals, cross-market growth, and a fast-paced, output-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ recruitment experience in tech or related sectors.
• Proven ability to build and elevate high-performing teams.
• Strong hands-on billing mentality and market-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take the reins of the division, setting direction and accountability.
• Shape market strategy with the CEO and manage headcount plans.
• Develop and mentor consultants to become future leaders.
• Maintain your own desk while growing the team and capacity.
• Grow client base and expand in new subsectors and geographies.
• Advise clients on hiring strategy and talent market trends.
• Lead the Robotics & Autonomy division toward scalable, repeatable growth.
