Job summary

Centum is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering projects across Europe from our Toomebridge office. You'll collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Operations and Logistics to secure the right people for site assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in engineering, construction or technical roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage several vacancies.
• Confidence using recruitment systems, job boards and social media.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen applications, interview candidates and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Keep candidates informed throughout recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
• Coordinate required documentation and checks with the relevant teams.
• Support recruitment campaigns and upcoming project requirements.
