Job summary

Capita in Middlesbrough is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to support the British Army recruitment journey. You will interview candidates, provide a consultative experience, run online events and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate journey.

This is a fixed term contract until 28 February 2027, full-time in a town centre location. Salary is £28,000 pro rata plus 23 days’ holiday (rising to 27) with pension, life assurance and employee

Qualifications

• Experience of providing excellent customer service.
• IT literate using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing candidates and guiding them through the recruitment journey.
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Running online/virtual events to promote Army careers.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting candidates face to face, via telephone or video link.
