Job summary

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project in Canterbury is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Army recruitment journey. The role involves interviewing candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and leading attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers.

You will work with education providers and manage relationships with stakeholders, using social media to attract candidates. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 37.5-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing candidates and supporting them throughout their recruitment journey.
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers.
• Working with educational providers to promote Army careers.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
