Job summary

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is hiring a Recruiter in Canterbury to drive attraction and recruitment activity for the British Army. You will interview candidates, deliver excellent customer service, and engage with events and educational partners to raise awareness of Army careers.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with strong focus on stakeholder management and digital recruitment strategies.

• Experience of providing excellent customer service.
• IT literate using Microsoft Office Suite.

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as Recruiter in Canterbury.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback.

This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, across Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing:

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
• Working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates

Essential qualifications/skills/experience

• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable qualifications/skills/experience

• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
• A full UK drivers licence, would be an advantage
