Job summary

RMS Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in the Tees Valley region to engage candidates through multiple channels and build strong client relationships.

You will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates, while identifying new business opportunities and helping raise the company’s profile on LinkedIn and through other marketing avenues.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, CRM and direct contact.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Business development to identify new opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Branding and marketing via video content and LinkedIn to enhance visibility.
• Conducting meetings with clients via video or on-site visits to strengthen relationships.
• Managing the recruitment process including administration, interviews and placements.
