The role requires strong commercial acumen, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on compliant, high-quality service delivery across the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Understand the principles of recruitment and selection processes.
• Understand job-related performance standards, KPI tracking and how they are assessed.
• Understand employee rights including equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Good written and verbal command of English.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage relationships across all levels.
• Experience in a customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Build enduring relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues to match people to permanent and contingent roles.
• Meet and exceed forecasted sales and delivery targets, SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide consultative support for the recruitment cycle, including governance, worker care and reporting.
• Support service delivery improvements and inclusive talent attraction strategies.
