Requsyol Ltd is seeking a proactive recruitment consultant to drive agency revenue and client satisfaction by winning new business, identifying talent needs, and matching candidates to permanent, contract, or temporary roles.

You will pitch services, manage client accounts, source candidates, conduct screening and interviews, present shortlists, negotiate fees, and strive to exceed monthly KPIs in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing new business and expanding client base.
• Ability to identify hiring needs and match candidates effectively.
• Proven skills in screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Pitch recruitment services to new corporate clients via cold calling, networking, and meetings.
• Client Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to understand hiring needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: Advertise vacancies, search databases, and headhunt passive talent.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct interviews, assess fit, and check references.
• Placement & Negotiation: Present shortlists, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate fees.
