Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Programme Manager in Real Estate Programme Services to drive delivery of capital programmes across central government, health, education, life sciences, data centres and defence sectors. You will lead small to medium programmes or support large-scale transformations, ensuring client outcomes and benefits are realised.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performing real estate programme environment with attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
• Experience in programme management with demonstrable benefits and outcomes for clients.
• Progression from project delivery into programme management within real estate/construction environments.
• Accreditation or working knowledge of programme management methodologies (ideally Real Estate).
• Awareness of construction project delivery models, procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with ability to perform governance duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and programme management tools with data-driven mindset.

• Programme Delivery: Manage the execution of small to medium real estate programmes or support large-scale transformations with assigned functions and measurable benefits.
• Leadership & Vision: Contribute to setting up and delivering programme direction, empowering teams to succeed.
• Programme Governance and Controls: Apply best-practice governance, maintain logs, report performance, manage data quality and secretariat duties.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Develop stakeholder registers and communication plans.
• Financial Oversight: Assist with programme-level financial management and reporting.
• Risk, Health & Safety: Ensure governance and risk management, safeguarding health and safety.
• People & Team: Foster a collaborative, high-performance One Business culture.
