Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a Reactive Scheduler in Slough to allocate wastewater network works within service level agreements, ensuring timely staffing, KPI achievement and proactive customer updates. The role supports compliance, incident response and ongoing scheduling improvements across field teams.

Responsibilities

• Allocate all works within service level agreements and promised to the customer on behalf of Thames Water.
• Ensure all work is allocated to Field Staff to meet KPI, customer promises and productivity targets; update customers on delays.
• Ensure full compliance via WNS work checking and raise follow-on activities via VISTEC as required.
• Support development and implementation of a comprehensive scheduling regime aligned with the Client’s Customer Vision and Lanes Group requirements.
• Respond to emergency situations such as pollution and internal floods following stakeholder requirements.
• Be a role model for customer excellence and ensure staff embrace customer service aspirations of the Contract.
• Collaborate with Field Management teams to maximise resources and resolve customer issues quickly.
