Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a proactive Reactive Scheduler for the night shift to coordinate field engineers across the Worthing area. The role focuses on allocating wastewater network jobs, meeting service levels, and maintaining strong customer communication.

The ideal candidate shows a disciplined work ethic, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and a collaborative spirit to support a nationwide delivery network. Permanent, full-time, with a 38.5-hour week and 7:30pm–7:30am shifts.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and communication skills essential for customer-focused scheduling.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise under time pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative and responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate works within service level agreements for wastewater network.
• Ensure work is assigned to field staff to meet KPI targets and customer promises.
• Maintain compliance via WNS checks and raise follow-on activities in VISTEC as needed.
• Support customer issue resolution and escalate to Senior Scheduler when required.
• Contribute to development of scheduling regime aligned to client vision and contract requirements.
• Act as a customer champion, protecting Lanes Group brand and delivering excellent service.
