Job summary

Lanes Group PLC is recruiting a Reactive Scheduler based at the Customer Solution Centre, Slough. You will allocate wastewater network works within service level agreements and coordinate field staff to meet KPIs and keep customers updated.

In this permanent full-time role, you will ensure compliance via work checking systems, support the development of a robust scheduling regime, and act as a customer champion to maintain service excellence while adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Allocate all wastewater network works within service level agreements.
• Ensure work is allocated to Field Staff to meet KPIs and update customers.
• Ensure compliance via WNS checks; raise follow-on activities in VISTEC.
• Support and guide on customer issues; escalate to Senior Scheduler as needed.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive scheduling regime aligned with client vision.
• Respond to emergencies (pollution, internal floods) per stakeholders.
