Job summary

The Lanes Group is seeking an Operations Scheduler to coordinate jetting works across the Anglian Water network. You will ensure field teams are deployed efficiently and customer issues are addressed promptly within tight timeframes.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, routing optimization, and proactive communication with operations and customers. Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for delivering reliable wastewater services.

• Experience in scheduling/planning or coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all planned jetting operations across the wastewater network.
• Develop and maintain efficient jetting schedules with optimal routing and resources.
• Monitor progress and update internal systems; communicate with field operatives.
• Provide updates to internal teams and customers; manage access and service impacts.
• Adjust schedules in response to conditions, resources, or network needs.
• Ensure alignment with asset management, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Create, document, and close jobs; raise follow-on tasks as needed.
• Foster a customer-first approach and professional delivery of jetting works.
• Coach field teams on scheduling expectations and best practices.
