Co-op in Manchester is seeking a Range Optimisation Manager to lead our Range Optimisation team across Customer, Commercial and Operations. You’ll own range guardrails, drive change, and translate category strategies into optimised store assortments.

This hybrid role, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, involves collaborating with stakeholders and using data to deliver strong customer, commercial and operational outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own our range guardrails and store clustering strategy, delivering through range reviews.
• Drive change to embed our range optimisation approach and guardrails.
• Lead, coach and develop the Range Optimisation team to meet strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with customer and commercial teams to translate category strategies into optimised ranges.
• Support projects, tests and trials to improve ranges.
