Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, analytical and strategic thinking to drive profitable quotations.
• Solid financial acumen and ability to interpret pricing data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute competitive quotations tailoring to product requirements and commercial considerations.
• Track quotations and adjust as needed.
• Implement pricing standards to stay competitive and maximise profit.
• Support internal UK sales with technical pricing support.
• Collaborate with commercial team to align customer needs with proposed solutions.
• Assess incoming RFQs to ensure all details and specs are included.
• Maintain records of quotations, pricing, and correspondence.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies and industry developments.
• Identify process improvements in quotation procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Produce reports on submitted quotations with win/loss analysis and conversion rates.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with NHS and other customers.
• Support commercial field sales during technical meetings with customers.
• Collaborate with Tenders, Procurement and Customer Service to ensure precise quotations.
• Provide support to Tenders Department as needed.
• Contribute to MedTech projects and RFQ conversions.
