Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in the UK is seeking a Provider Relations Analyst within Network Management to develop strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics and specialist facilities across the European network. You’ll act as the primary contact for a portfolio, analyze claims and performance data, and lead reviews to drive engagement, service and long-term value while aligning with Cigna processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Strong analytical capability and data interpretation skills.
• Availability to travel 10–20% for provider visits and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with an assigned portfolio of providers and develop account plans that improve engagement, performance and mutual value.
• Lead provider business reviews covering operational performance, service measures, member experience and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse claims, utilisation, direct payment activity, turnaround times, complaints and other relevant measures to identify performance gaps and root causes.
• Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, helping providers meet agreed service standards and contractual obligations.
• Manage provider escalations and operational concerns through to timely resolution, representing provider feedback within Cigna.
• Support provider onboarding and the adoption of Cigna processes, digital tools, platforms and service expectations.
• Partner with Claims, Operations, Clinical, Service, Contracting, Commercial and Network teams to deliver a consistent provider experience.
