Job summary

Sky is looking for a Propositions Manager to own the strategy and delivery of connectivity propositions, shaping customer-centric roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Commercial and Marketing.

You will develop business cases, manage priorities and monitor market trends to drive growth while delivering compelling customer outcomes. The role supports a hybrid work model with three days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• Experience in Propositions or related areas (Strategy, Commercial, Product or Marketing).
• Ability to develop and deliver customer-centric propositions from concept to implementation.
• Experience shaping strategies and roadmaps with clear priorities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proposition strategy – Shape the strategy and roadmap for Sky's connectivity propositions, using insights to identify growth opportunities and improve customer value.
• Proposition development and delivery – Lead development and implementation of propositions, features and experiences with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio ownership – Own connectivity propositions and programmes, delivering against commercial objectives and customer needs.
• Business cases and investment decisions – Build insight-led business cases with Finance and Commercial colleagues.
• Cross-functional leadership – Lead complex proposition change programmes across the business.
• Future ready – Monitor trends to identify opportunities and inform long-term planning.
