Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate strategically important proposals, bids and presentations. You will combine proposal management with hands-on content development, stakeholder engagement and coaching to create high-quality, client-focused submissions.

Working with partners, directors and subject matter experts, you will drive win strategies and governance across the proposal lifecycle, while coaching teams to improve quality and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing bids, proposals and pursuits in professional services or similar complex B2B environments.
• Strong proposal management including planning, governance and content development.
• Excellent proposal writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to lead strategy development and translate complex solutions into client-focused proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex proposals, tenders and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams across partners, directors, SMEs, marketing, finance, legal, risk and delivery.
• Own proposal production, build a compliant and compelling response from tender requirements and win themes.
• Develop, write and edit proposal content to translate technical details into persuasive client-focused responses.
