Job summary

SMRS Limited is seeking a curious, organised writer to join the Sales & Marketing team as a Bid & Proposal Executive. You will develop proposals, tenders and sales materials, collaborating with the Bid Manager and colleagues across the business to win new work.

You will research new topics, distill complex information into clear content and support development from brief to submission, while maintaining knowledge assets and case studies that back our sales activity.

• Ability to develop proposals, tenders and sales materials that support winning work.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling proposals, tenders and sales materials to help SMRS win new work.
• Support proposal development from brief through to submission.
• Maintain case studies, credentials and knowledge assets that support sales activities.
• Contribute to leadership content and help leverage AI, technology and automation to improve content creation and sharing.
