MFS is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the end-to-end response process for RFPs and related requests. You will coordinate across the organization, manage timelines, and ensure data integrity while maintaining brand and regulatory standards.

The role demands collaboration with senior stakeholders, detailed writing and data skills, and the flexibility to work extra hours as needed. Hybrid work environment offered in the UK.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2-5+ years of professional experience.
• Preferable in asset management or with RFPs/DDQs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, editorial, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

• Independently manages requests end-to-end, coordinating timelines and inputs from stakeholders.
• Coordinate input from owners and reviewers across the organization.
• Source and consolidate firm and product data while ensuring legal and compliance requirements.
• Ensure final responses align with firm messaging, regulatory standards, and branding guidelines.
• Prioritize deadlines across multiple concurrent requests and regions.
• Collaborate with peers to improve templates and documentation.
• Perform governance tasks to ensure RFP compliance and process adherence.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as required.
