Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposals Coordinator in the UK to coordinate and manage bids across sectors, under the guidance of a Proposals Manager. You will ensure bids are well planned, content is evidence-led, and submissions are compliant and on time.

You will lead pre-bid activities, draft and edit content with SMEs, and drive knowledge management to improve future bid quality and efficiency. This role emphasizes rigorous governance and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating proposals or bids in a professional services environment.
• Understanding of bid lifecycle from early engagement to submission.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to draft clear, persuasive responses with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-bid and kick-off coordination activities, including bid planning and submission logistics.
• Coordinate, draft and edit proposal content with subject matter experts to produce evidence-based responses.
• Maintain quality and compliance across submissions, following governance and approval processes.
• Support knowledge management by capturing and reusing bid content in approved tools.
• Capture lessons learned from bids to improve future performance using digital tools.
